Oct 2 and Sept 29 news: ValuSALES to acquire Simply Streaming OCT 2, 2000, M2 Communications - The Internet software and services provider ValuSALES.com Inc has signed a letter of intent to acquire the streaming media company Simply Streaming Inc. The acquisition will enable ValuSALES to add to its activities the delivery of streaming video products and services to the Internet and wireless Internet marketplaces. Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.
