I bought more today, also.

I think that the secondary offering effectively puts a short term lid on the stock price, creating the buy low part of the equation. The fundamentals seem to imply the sell high part later.

Does anyone know when the secondary will take place, and at what price?

You are not alone. The unclewest lurker dispatch and support team (U.L.D.S.T) are here too. I've had SSTI on my DD and watch list for a while and finally decided to ease into it today.

Did get some GMST at $40 and picked up some more CREE at $96 during the last wild months. Not the bottoms, but close enough to make me happy. I use the average-in approach that you've described and am going to be watching SSTI closely.
