ajb, AMD missing good for gold? No. Gold stocks better than AMD for my net worth if AMD misses? Yes. I look at this way. Intel saw "weakness in Europe" if true that is bad. If AMD misses that would send a clear message to me and lots of other investors, probably already wavering on whether to sell. i.e. That there is indeed a weakness in the market overall for PC chips. So, yeah, I see the next report by AMD as being fairly crucial, more so then normal. pearly.
