TALL, weekly slow stochastic just crossed up, that has precluded the last 3 rises of 50-100%, also it has made a price triangle, D day next weekish

TALL pretty interesting news IMO.

I think this is critical in the news of the financing:

"It allows us to close contracts we've been negotiating."

So I assume we can expect news as soon as those contracts are closed.

This too is intriguing, although not actually spelled out.

"registration statement we will be filing shortly with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)"

Since they are complaint with OTC filings, we are to take this as registration for what, Nas SC?
