It is time for Lexar to face the music. Could we see a settlement before then?" I hope so. A trial will be costly and distracting, exactly when SanDisk doesn't need it. I would rather see SanDisk come away with a strong licensee than a one time payment and one less company to pay royalties. MHO, it's always best to get these things behind you and focus on the future. But they do have to send the message that they will defend their IP. Can they make up the $4 million royalty profit decrease from Q2 with increased shipments in Q3? John
