did you know that 3% of the adult population is imprisoned in this country And the crime rate is down 65% in some areas... What you liberals forget is that many criminals commit multiple crimes. Take a couple of hard-core thugs off the streets and you see a major positive change.... But it's not like anyone made this guys become criminals. They are no different than any other form of organized crime element that this nation has faced. Btw, America has ALWAYS BEEN AN ARMED CAMP... It is what has kept us free for the past 200+ years. Don't you remember to the Machinegun Kelly, Bonnie & Clyde, etc, etc... Besides that, it means that most US citizens know who use a weapon.. Something that is very intimidating to both crooks and potentially hostile nations. If we can't rely on the police to protect us (when they become corrupted), at least we have the right to defend ourselves. But you liberals want to take that right away... And that will be what causes crime rates to soar, and result in people crying out for the government to protect them (since we no longer have the means to protect ourselves). In this governmental elites can utilize criminal elements to control the people, providing "protection" for those who toe the political line.... It's NOT a situation without precedent.
