PEB is IMHO an overvalued cow due to be milked short for some time to come. PEB at a Premium PE Multiple of 109.5 times vs. the 45.0 X average multiple at which the Diversified Technology SubIndustry is priced. That's quite bit. ZIGO is another cow that got creamed today although I did enjoy some of the ZIGO milk shake earlier last month. ZIGO trades at a Premium PE Multiple of 138.4 X, vs. the 45.0 X average multiple at which the Diversified Technology SubIndustry is priced. The market won't stabilize until these overvalued and overpriced cows get leaner.

There are still good plays that are nicely trading at a discount in this sector and other tech sectors.

TRMB Trades at a 55% Discount PE Multiple of 20.2 times vs. the 45.0 X average multiple at which the Diversified Technology SubIndustry is priced.
CUNO Trades at a 48% Discount PE Multiple of 23.6 times vs. the 45.0 X average multiple at which the Diversified Technology SubIndustry is priced.
Last time I posted some of the unbelievable valuations in the tech sector it got trimmed by quite a bit.

Gemmers: I suggest you read three columns written, Oct.2, by James Cramer at the earliest possible moment. "Debunking the Long Term Blather", "Bidding on Oil, Passing on Tech" and "Escaping the Bubbles." (Oct.2) Cramer says an awful lot of things that Jenna and Jerry have been saying for a long time. Does Cramer and lurk on our thread? Is Cramer a closet gemmer? Is he a member? Is he clicking occasionally to see what's being said, when various stocks trigger in our trading room? Mmmm. But he makes a lot of sense and he pounds and re-pounds much of what Jenna and Jerry have been saying. A good take and a nice affirmation of what we "should" know. (Lee)
