you navigate to Power Etrade screen:
"Welcome Power E*TRADE Platinum Customer!"

It will take a couple days for Power Etrade features to be
activated if you're just qualified.

That message from James Thorall infuriates me. I think of how many times in the past I have written a detailed letter regarding a specific problem and they send a generic letter that has nothing to do with the question. It is clear that he didn't even read your letter.

Did you try that contact I gave you? Obviously there is something wrong with their website if you can't access the application online when you are supposed to. When you sign-on are you using a bookmark, or are you physically typing in www.etrade.com ? If you are using a bookmark, I would suggest that you don't do it. Sign-on manually from their main page, and see if the link works that way.

By the way, don't waste your time calling Concentric. They want no part of Etrade customers. No matter what Etrade tells you, Concentric has an agreement with them to supply the connection but not customer service.

Let me know how you made out.
