Great, more Cisco stuff in the area . . . *grin* they're just trying to get their hands on some of the great engineering talent on the east coast that is going to startups that are gearing up to kick their butt in the different niches. Of course, the best will still go to the startups and kick their butt (or get bought by them) :-)

MSFT to make announcement

Microsoft (MSFT: news, msgs) says it will make a "major e-commerce announcement" on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. EDT. The announcement will be made in Austin, Texas. Microsoft shares are down $1, or 1.7 percent, to $59.31.
