Funny you should say that.......
Yesterday they started putting up a fence around the front of the house.
You must understand that our neighborhood has large acre to acre and a half lots and a nice open feel. There are no fences in the fronts, just nice stretches of open lawn and some of the backyards are even still fenceless although with a pool you have to have one, and pretty much everyone has added a pool by now.

I called my source, Raynelle, on the other side of them, who works at the high school and whose husband is Ammo's Physics teacher, ( small towns, love em)She said the fence was going to be wrought iron, which isn't too bad, but she thinks they are doing it to protect all their STUFF. They have lots of expensive STUFF. From our pool, I can see a large RV, a HUGE boat, two of those little all-terrain play vehicles and a truck all parked in the yard where THEY can't see them, but we can.
They are adding a three-car garage, and turning the two car one into a guest house.

I guess it's time for me to make cookies and get over there. I'm concerned because I don't know if they understand that they are responsible for the ditch upkeep which is technically on their land, even though it looks like ours. We had a good arrangement with Nancy-- we would sometimes mow it, and they would do it if they couldn't stand how bad we let it get. But it was all very amicable.

Ugh, it's like getting used to a new roommate.
Someone over there drives a shiny black Corvette. Ooo.
