Jim, I got the same 'removed' message when I clicked on the
link just now - worked before though - glitch? - in any case
it still exists as post 461 on F.Gems on investorshub.

I think I'll have to read it over several times before I get
a complete picture of everything mentioned.

I think I need to get some sleep now ...
