Hey Bilow, that was dated April 24th. Couldn't you find any older FUD articles? Looks like your hype and FUD vault is drying up. LOL.

Bilow,
I'm surprised JEDEC doesn't also ask for the first newborn of every member. Maybe if they can first pull their heads out of their lower end and show us a legal document that specifically states what the protocol was that is dated 1992-1996, then maybe people wouldn't think they are just out to get something for nothing. Till then, it looks like JEDEC just wanted to steal the Rambus patents and use them for free. Funny also that I have yet to see anyone say that the Rambus patents were not valid. Hmmmm... I wonder why? Could it be because.... they are valid??? LMAO.

"I believe Rambus had an obligation to disclose its relevant patent applications during development of the SDRAM standard. Because it withheld this information, I believe Rambus gave up its right to assert those patents with respect to SDRAM. I also believe this principle extends to the use of the same features in later SDRAM implementations such as PC133 and DDR SDRAM."

Sell-low: Its' funny how you are no longer posting that RMBS IP couldn't possibly have any value; now you are posting the opinions that other co's should have free access to it! Which is it? Has value or should be free? Tastes better or less filling? Quite the change from last April - May...

ROTFLMAO!
