Investorman, Dr. Phan's legal name is Alan Viet Phan. Some of the troops on ragingbull think that I am making this up. Please inform them that this is Dr. Phan's name and not a racial slur. The "V" does not stand for "Victory" as some might think. Thanks for clearing this up.

If you look back at the shareholder letters, Phan wrote to everyone that when he was in Hong Kong the underwriters were all over him, some even pulled him into a room and locked him in it so they could be alone with him. He sure made it sound like he had his pick of underwriters WAY BEFORE Bionco, Ceo, or whatever, fact is it didn't work out, does he know something?) Time to quit drinkning the Kool-Aid.
