Market Pulse Last Update: 1:56 PM ET Oct 3, 2000: Tuesday, October 03, 2000 COVD ok with Q3 targets --1:56 pm - By Chris Kraeuter Covad Communications (COVD: news, msgs) said it is on track to meet third-quarter targets. The broadband DSL services company said it has reached its goal of 200,000 subscriber lines installed. According to a company statement, the line count is 30 percent above analysts estimates. Analysts surveyed by First Call expect a loss of 1.19 per share to be reported on Oct. 17. Covad shares are down 36 cents, or 3.1 percent, to $11.63.
