Paul, These were due in Q4 1999. Really? I didn't follow AMD back then. The first time I heard of them was when Jerry mentioned Q4 2000 and now it is is slipping to Q1 2001. Joe

Re: AMD 760 MP chipset with DDR" These were due in Q4 1999. Why has AMD slipped so bad on these? Hmmm. Do you have a link? My recollection was that a SDR SMP chipset was expected late spring, but it seems to have been replaced by a DDR SMP chipset this this Winter. Certainly still a substantial slip, but not quite as bad as you imply, especially since the final product will (theoretically) be significantly better than the initial one. And you have to give them credit for being clever enough to neither ship it before it was ready nor claim to have shipped it when they hadn't. Dan
