Dick Morris might enjoy sucking toes, but he's right on with regard to his advice for George W. Bush..

It is far easier to later on raise taxes should the economy falter, than it is to reduce the massive entitlement spending that Gore is advocating.

Gore likes to demagogue about "risky" tax cuts, but even Alan Greenspan, the Fed Chairman, advocates a tax cut should the decision to use the surplus solely for debt reduction prove untenable.

It sounds strange to me to have him back off tax cuts now. I think it would hurt more than help him. imo
