I don't buy the "not dressing up the company for sale" statement. Management is obviously willing to sell, otherwise they wouldn't have made the Ahold deal. In the meanwhile, we have motivated sellers (the bond funds) that should keep the price somewhat depressed for a while. I think this is a great time to accumulate shares that will likely start appreciating significantly after the bond funds have sold all their stock.
