I too believe we go to 10, don't know how fast or slow to get there. We will have trouble getting back to 20 this year.

Another markdown day. This may be the final margin-squeezing wring-out. The problem is that DSL has been given a negative painting recently. Though I think WSTL's situation is different by virtue of its major ILEC customers, it seems to be getting caught in the emotional downdraft. Simple absence of buyers allows sellers to pile on -- for awhile.
