yes, Doc... rate action and bias position have in past been in opposition

kindalike US president and Congress offsetting from political party dominance

this time around, bias is likely to shift to neutral before any likelihood of easing comes about

I always regard the Fed Bias as their cheap instrument
it doesnt cost them anything to use bias as a stick on the credit markets
instead of raising rates, just tilt the bias
has the exact same effect on bond market yield without risk to USdollar and housing industry

this time the Fed will ease only after shifting their bias from tightening
the Fed will either act responsibly in next 2 months
OR THEY WILL BLOW IT

who knows?
I think these Fed governors are really really eloquent idiots
plenty of false beliefs, poor understanding of inflation
acting on shorterm perceptions with longterm consequences

like a baseball manager struggling to figure out how to throw a curve
