Bulls are running now... harder than I thought they would. CSCO breaking out. LOL. INTC back up through the line in the sand. LOL. QCOM threatening to break out of its little pennant and continue its larger breakout move (LOL, the chart chasers are getting wet there.) That could have been the dip to buy right there. <SPX support has held so far. i think that will crack in the second half of October.> When it does the forces will be aligned.
