The Plunge Protection Team (PPT) is a group of the big boys that have agreed to jump in front of bullets such as last April 14 and provide some serious buying power to stop a complete breakdown in the market.

Goldman is rumored to be one of the members of the PPT.

Sounds like capitulation to me....Of course, this won't end until I capitulate<G>
