This must be the cB0 stepping. Pre - cBO stepping were not validated for Dual configuration. (I don't know if all or only FC-PGA)

I seem to recall that the cC0 stepping again was not validated for dual configuration (I have no link, I tink I just saw it posted here while I war reading in "turbo" mode).

This is the stepping that was used in 1.13 GHz Pentiums. I am not saying that steppings are clock speed specific, but I don't know it Intel is selling the lower speeds chips with this stepping or if it was completely withdrawn.
