When you can figure out what Akam,Cflo or Inkt does please let me know.;-)

I know what they do. I am sure you do too. They serve up non changing high bandwidth graphics on various locations around the world. Thus, the text content may be delivered from the originator's server but the logos, etc. are served from these sources.
