Or how about reducing your per share LU cost by 1/12, and using that amount as your per share cost of AV?

Yeah, its amazing how much discussion going on about Avaya ....totally inconsequential. I mean if you had 1000 shares of LU you got something like 80 shares of Avaya I guess..so whats that worth ++ peanuts.

I mean WHO CARES about Abaya!
