It would be interesting to see how the market would react to move to "neutral" by the feds...Personally, I do not think it is so far fetched a possibility.

I urge everyone not to use PE to evaluate this industry. Use book value or price to sales. PE should be about 8th or 9th on your list of indicators. Cyclical industries can't use PE because most companies (that don't have the cash like AMAT), lose money in a downturn. You then have a PE of infinity.

PE is a newbie indicator used to evaluate GE and Ford. At least use margins instead of PE.
