IS,

I've been studying price/volume and have given up all indicators except DMA, but your article and examples are brilliant. Sometimes I see the Forrest too but you've thinned out the trees for me and I can see the sun.

If someone ever asks me my defining moment, I'm telling them about June 4, 1999 when I found you on SI and registered at your site.

Many thanks and I'll be burning the candles (no pun intended) tonight.

Magic

"..go back to the study of price and volume itself..."

Your words really jump off the page to me Teresa...i primarily think of myself as a futs trader but over the past few years spent an increasing amount of time and capital on the dynamic which is the nas.....while "teaching" a young pup for most of this year I came to reevaluate my trading style and found it to have become increasingly complex for no good reason...after some soul searching my screens now have just price, volume and ma's for a frame of reference......as the markets have become more complex, i try to make my trading simpler....ian
