I'm just measuring the strength of bears on each leg/wave down on QQQ. The waves have been very uniform off tops. 12.5 to 15 points at which point the sellers exhaust themselves. I think we're close to exhaustion right now based on that for this wave/leg down. My target is 84.5 on QQQ to cover at and watch and see what happens.
