If the dual channel RDRAM scales with the P4, it looks like you could see a bandwidth of 2.8GB/S. Intel has been saying that you can get effective throughput of 1.4GB/S from a single 1.6 GB/S RDRAM channel.

Duke,
Because all the memory benchmarks posted to date (even though were pre-production) all but blew away any previous numbers by any memory, including DDR. Clearly, the balanced 400MHz FSB and RDRAM were a match made in heaven. ;-)

Can't wait for all the magazine reviews.
