yah, I am trying to work some tix to the opener off of my sources but I can only get tix to Thursday Night's game 2.

The Giants had the best record in majors but they are very beatable. Barry Bonds has never played well in the playoffs so that is going to have to change. Luckily, like most New Yorkers, the Mets are a bunch of prima donna's. I remember Mike Piazza from his Dodger days and he hasn't changed, he was always more interested in going out to the Manhattan Beach bars than leading his team.

I just don't see a catalyst that will sustain a good move (up) in BVSN stock (it gets cheaper every day). BEAS is the key stock to own in e-biz software. If you can assume that BVSN's growth only decelerates over the next few quarters (and doesn't stop), they could end up doing $750mm - $800mm next year. I would think that you can make money in this stock as that plays out. However, investors aren't interested in software right now. The industry stats indicate that e-biz software is going to be very large and support a few players. Moreover, BVSN has a good partner ecosystem built up around it. However, I am too busy hiding under my desk to do any trading. There will be good buys coming out of this correction but I haven't done much lately as this sorts itself out. I will likely buy more CMRC first (I am already overloaded in Ariba).

Needless to say, I am not having a very good start to the quarter....
