what i'm catching is the duplicity of wallstreet's willful ignorance

deceit works to benefit no one in the end. MD, to my knowledge, has never been deceitful with the street. that doesn't stop analysts and posters from inventing such

what those short couldn't invent on their own, Apple and Kumar invented for them. Apple's announcement has helped create an environment of profit taking (or loss) at just about any cost.

Dell's forward PE is now lower than ALL players in it's group; yet it's growth rate remains 2X that of its peers. this remains an excellent example willful deceit.

so, the moral of Dell's story for those selling is if you sit on your ass long enough by holding shares you eventually get a sore ass

sore ass does not equal poor performance by Dell the company. it equals itchy rears.
