Is Lycos that strapped for cash that it needs the float on the overcharge?

It would certainly seem that way. After all, they've been holding onto the reduced AMEX fees since November, 1999. Just one thing to bear in mind...Quote.com management has had Jay and/or Paul tell us many times things would get done at a certain time. And we all know their track record of honoring their commitments in regards to timing.
