Tony,

In a commercial environment, where you have some guarantees of the room temperature, and where noise from massive fans is not an issue, these systems may be fine. This is a much better environment IMO for Intel to sell those chips to than retail.

Dell was selling 1.13 GHz systems. Are they stupid? Yes.
