Question for you Bullsky. Why are the refiners not sacrificing gasoline for heating oil in the way that HO was sacrificed for gasoline earlier this year? I know cheap gasoline wins votes but the NE will be using HO at the time of the election. How difficult would it be for the government to "fix" the price of HO?

Bull: The fact that the rally failed today is VERY BEARISH in my judgement. With the market oversold by many measures its inability to mount a decent rally raises the POSSIBILITY of a crash in the weeks ahead. Most folks probably do not know this, but the 1987 crash occurred when the market was ALREADY heavily oversold by most technical measures.
