Art, are you commenting on cross licensing agreements in general or this one specifically? The former does not apply to your statement, as cross licensing can have any royalty terms set in the agreement. ERICY would love to have a zeroed out agreement with QCOM. <gg>

If the latter, spill the beans, man. What are the terms.

AB - I've seen some recent reports that Sony now has 25 percent of the digital camera market

I thought that Sony had a bigger %age of the d-camera market a year or so ago?

BTW is there any evidence that SNDK's gross margins have been reducing?
