william, yahoo is up about 30 times from its 3-4 year low. it was up nearly 100 times. now that we have some company fundamental perspective... yahoo isn't doing that great even at the current price level.

keep in mind yahoo's numbers are suspect. "sell" advertising to a buddy business in return for "buying" advertising from buddy business. net, net, nothing changed and shouldn't be reflected as revenue, imho. yet, alas, yahoo disagrees ;-)

btw, net advert rates are finally collapsing to reality. i'm on the net much more than most and neither yahoo nor its advertisers have made a dime off me in 4 years.

yahoo is very near what will essentially be a ceiling.

hit rates are slowing (except on the stock ;-)

rev growth is slowing.

eps growth will slow even though eps are relatively new ;-)

watch your head... ;-)
