<<Have you looked at any of the data that says all skin damage that leads to cancer occurs before a person is 25?>>

Glad you asked as I have. Most studies I have read says the damage happens before a person is 25. It interests me because I am light skinned and was burned many times in my teen years but when I turned 25 I stayed out of the sun. I'm getting skin cancers every 3 months.

Same with my friend who died of it. When he was a teen he did a lot of hay baling with his shirt off, the tan looked good. When he turned 25 he started using tractors with cabs. He didn't even have a tan for his last 25 years.

My mother spent a lot of time in the sun when she was young and developed skin cancer in her 50s even though she stayed out of the sun since then.

It seems, and I agree through personal experience, that the damage is done in the early years. I have never heard of someone retiring and taking up golf having a problem with skin cancer.
