Cobalt,

A very sincere thanks for the offer...a couple of guys I trade for are attorneys in Lafayette and always step up when I need help.

As far as a warrant, I'm pretty much immune in Orleans Parish...Harry Connick Sr. played some games with me about 4 years ago and got stung hard as a result. Due to mandates from the U.S. Dept. of Justice and the Senate, I don't think Connick would even chance issuing a warrant against me unless I murdered someone.:) There are civil suits still pending in the matter so I can't go into details on a public board, but as an attorney, you'd keel over laughing about what happened--I'd be glad to PM you the details of Connick's faux pas if you need a good chuckle--typical Louisiana strong-arm politics gone awry. When I first brought the matter to my civil attorneys, they thought I was lying--the whole thing is probably the most bizarre ordeal you've ever heard of. Involves Harry Connick, investment banking, the NASD, the embezzlement of $500,000 from the La. Dept. of Insurance, and a U.S. Senator who played the white knight on my behalf. Again, let me know if you want to read a bizarre story and I'd be glad to PM you the details...

Gary
