Do you really think Bush wanted to be president? Don't be so naive.......he was hand chosen by the GOP elite three years ago and groomed for the position. He couldn't say no to the powerful right wing and to his father. He would have been glad to sit on his ranch and chew the cud!

For your information 27 states have no system in place for prescription drug plan and it would take at least 2-3 years to get it.....Gore should have mentioned that as the reason Bush's plan won't help seniors immediately.
