Because it's newer. It probably went this way: K&M Elektronik bought several Duron 750 some weeks ago (old pricing) and hasn't sold them all. Then they bought some Durons 800 a few days ago which are already on AMDs new price list. Because they don't want to sell their "old" Durons 750 with a loss they are more expensive than the 800 ones which they bought cheaper. If the vendors would immediately lower all prices they had to sell some inventory parts with a loss.
