Slugger: Perhaps Camille Paglia should narrow her focus. If she's trying to carve a niche in the columnist world, she would be better to hone her craft to one subject at a time.

She's got a long way to go if she wants to go to be a "Chris Byron" or "Ann Landers".

But hey, maybe she has a following among the schizophrenics.

I can't stand people who are too pompous to vote. Those people want to see the next government come in, bitch about it, and say, "But hey, I didn't vote them in." They pass up accepting personal responsibility for their own human condition.

I ashamedly admit I voted Liberal in the last Federal election here in Canada. But, it has given me pause, because by having personal input, I watched to see if the Liberals were going to pan out. Answer: "Nope!"

So, I took a chance, and learned. But if I never take a risk, I risk nothing, and gain nothing. I choose to empower myself. Others can't or won't.
