What you probably didn't see was the ruckus outside the debate hall. One skirmish shown on local TV here in Boston showed a crowd of burly white men holding Gore signs with the union emblem on them beating up and kicking a small group of Ralph Nader supporters. The Nader people were mostly women.

No doubt it was the heaviest lifting the Gore union thugs did all day...
