Yes SI is a wonderful place Dale, just can't wait to get logged on in the morning and read the inspiring posts.

...that was one of my points in the post to tim. WUWT?

Stephen, Anthony, Mama Bear and many of the better shorts on SI have all been instrumental in sharing a great secret of the markets
(and for Goldy/Steve for all the wonderful entertainment)
It's a serious business and they
all don't go up forever. (really)

The weak don't survive , and they don't get lucky, holding stocks going forward either.
It is very much hightime that some of these Gurus who push these Blimps up, also learn to council their flocks on the balance of trading skills gained thru shorting as well.
Not just exit and onto the next momo.

Anyone who doesn't learn to short is limping on one leg in the freeway,
trying to be a trader, but if you are betting that they'll always go up, its better to have followers that don't know this skill...

you weren't shorting ARBA CMRC or any of the B2b's ?

regards,

Mars

SI is chock full of millionaires and billionaires buying dozens of Ferraris, when their actual trades and annual results are never published anywhere.
Life in la-la land, where a better annual return and luxury lifestyle are just a few keystrokes away.

There are probably a few millionaires here and there that roam the lands of Silicon Investor that don't need to harass others with tales of their financial well being or trading abilities.
