Sentiment for techs is very negative, evidence is the put/call trading on most of the stocks. Intel has been number one in negative money flow for the last two days, not in percent but in dollars. October lows (as I remember them) are usually set by a capitulation sell-off and interday reversal. Earnings and more important guidance starts next week. I have no clue when this bottoms, it could be an ugly two to three weeks away.

John,

Wall Street seems to want this dramatic selloff; instead we have this slow bleeding. At this point I am not sure which is worse. I think the forward guidance will start tonite with MU.

All hell will breakout if its bad.
