they have no complaints because they haven't gotten sick......wait and see what happens when they get sinusitis, pneumonia or gastritis and must first go a doctor they don't know who must then decide if he will or will not send them to a specialist. Boy, are they in for a rude awakening!

Happy for you - but as a health-care specialty provider, I take exception to your conclusion and note deterioration in health-care delivery over the past 10 years or more -- but, I must respect your experience. Again, check with hospital staff members for a quick morale report - it might be interesting. It is always good to find satisfied HMO patients, like yourself and friends, who have had serious ailments and successful dealings with their HMO/PPOs - that's how it is supposed to work. Unfortunately, not everyone has been so fortunate.
