I think they had to form the Fla. corporation in order to do the reverse merger with SCMI.

At the rate HITT is authorizing the issuance of new shares, it won't make any difference where it is incorporated. The float will cover the globe.

Amazingly enough, the price has not tumbled on the filing of the recent S-8. Conclusion: The longs could care less and/or don't read S-8s.

Funny that there's also a revoked Nevada corp. of the same name, with Bradford as its only officer.

That was "Old HittsGalore". When they did the reverse merger with SCMI, they incorporated in Florida and let the Nevada incorporation lapse.
