Well, we have consolidation but little else.
MKE continues at all 3 plants for the foreseeable future. Capex unchanged. 10% headcount reduction over 18 months. No earnings visibility yet for 2001.
Possibly some improvement in gross margins but no euphoria over pricing power potential... I had hoped to hear more positive statements but that is a tough thing to comment on.
Strange that they project 18 months to fully integrate the two companies... sounds like they are just tossing them together and seeing what happens.
Pursuit of value added products and consumer electronics was a theme.
Very strong balance sheet for the combined operation.

I'm not terribly impressed but am looking forward to more comments from the group.
For now, Mr. Market is just shrugging his shoulders but it is early yet.
