Actually, that was yesterdays, but it is a very good illustration of the numbness that "investors" now have toward fraud. That sort of conflict of interest/benefit at shareholder cost type activity would bring all kinds of criminal and civil fraud charges in any other time in history outside the last 5 to 10 years. It will again!

This was the sort of stuff that was late 20s activity which everyone ignored - until they didn't.
