Suresh,

I don't know their product line well enough to give an opinion.

According to the CC weakness was not solely due to CLEC sales. Some of problem due to order push outs to Q4. No idea if they will close though. One case of customer having spent budget in Q3. 75 percent of revenues due to CLEC, but management emphasising this is not a CLEC problem. Most of shrt fall in the wide band business. Problems involves between 5 to 10 customers. Total customer count 100. Part of problem, head of sales left in Q. No futher defections though. No incentives in the Q to promote sales in the channel. Seeing some decrease in Cap Ex spending. They hope to be compettitive on price versus feature issues. Component issues affecting pricing but not ability to meet demand. Effect of Horizon strike? Don't know. Numbers not available yet.
