That's primarily because the March blowoff pushed long-term OB/OS oscillators much higher than the summer rebound. The long-term CCI broke below the Spring low only because the recent highs in the CCI were much lower than the March high.

Paul, starting to cautiously move in and accumulate. Buying ITWO, EMLX, CIEN, RFMD, QLGC

Feeling better that this may be the end of the present sell off. So far seeing GREEN on today's purchases. Good luck -- and it is getting to be more and more luck than anything. GH

Didn't Bloch say that Nasdaq is more oversold than at any other time since the May lows? I think that's what they were intimating on CNBC. At least that's what I heard.
