At least they don't chip the corners of the CPU like the Socket A T-birds

I think the same problems have been reported with FC-PGA CPUs. The heatsink have to be flat at all times as you are attaching them. I was a little scareda bout attaching the CPU on the 2 Athlons I got, but it was a piece of cake with a proper heat sink that rests flat on the CPU thanks to the plastic legs on the CPU.

The problem is with heatsinks like the Golden Orb that has smaller surface area and doesn't rest on the plastic legs.
